We have a couple of days here in Toronto, before we fly home. Yesterday we took the train and bus around Lake Ontario to Niagara Falls. Distances seem a lot smaller than they actually are on the map as it took over 2 hours to get there. Our final workaway is at a stunning location on the sunshine coast, a ferry ride from Vancouver. We have this fantastic view across Porpoise Bay with a range of mountains on the far shore. We experienced our first tropical storm last night. All have names following letters of the alphabet and so far they are up to 'D' for Dora. The thunder came first then the rain, and did it rain, torrents fell for hours streaming off the flat roofs in waterfalls onto the cars parked below.
