Hello all,

Well its a bit of a delayed post as yesterday i did nothing but felt ill from drinking to much.. i wandered around the shops ect.. but as for the weather it rained all day so no sailing. Maybe next time!!

So littrally i did nothing met up with a friend and had breakfast... chilled... went to watch a film again at club paradise... met a girl named Megan from america and we chatted about boys and love lifes for a good few hours... her story was almost as epic as mine... But then i went back and met my friend had a few drinks (non- acholic) and chilled was a nice evening but i was tired so headed back to my room around 12 for a good nights sleep!!

This morning i have pack and left the room... wandered around the shops and now i am gonna go for lunch before heading to the meditation centre... Really looking forward to it and can not wait to tell you all about it. Not sure if there will be acsess to the internet so just in case . See you in 3 days Monday i will be back in Kathmandu... and at the cafe monday evening!!
