We were the first to get to Musgrave and as usual the last to leave, who's in a hurry anyway? Hit the road and found a reasonably easy drive back to Lakeland, there was 2 well worn and smoothed out tyre tracks pretty much all the way. There obviously wasn't as much rain south of Musgrave. Not too much to report from Cairns, it is mainly a pit stop for us, as we prepare to head up to Cape York. Last minute safety supplies, last minute shopping, and a few restaurant-cooked meals, before we head off on our first offroad leg of the trip. We're very excited! L & L xx
