Captains Log Star Date 03.02.05 Wow! February already! Thats come around quickly!! Anyway, just killing some time in the t'internet place before we head out of Cairns and down to Innisfail, we are off to do some fruit picking, (banana's incase you were wondering) as is on the 'to do' list for all travellers in Oz! We're doing it for a week and then we're going to head down the coast. We have decided to get down the coast on the buses, the ticket we have bought is one that you can hop on and off as many times and wherever we like within 3 months just as long as its in the same direction...so this should be fun and I am looking forward to doing some travelling... We have spent a week in Cairns, which we hadn't planned on but it is just so easy to wake up late and go and lounge under the shade of a tree looking out onto the pool in the piccie, I honestly don't know how anyone actually gets any work done around here!?? We had to wake up early today to check out, and it was brutal! The next week will be a test of endurance waking up early everyday!! Cairns has been nice but I am ready to move on now...
