Today we went to the town square markets, the Ypres Museum this morning, which was great, and then free time to wander before another rehearsal this afternoon. The Faith Western Front Tour Band was amazing at the Menin Gate Ceremony tonight. They learnt the Belgian National Anthem this morning and played it like pros tonight, along with 2 hymns and the Aussie and British national anthems too. As it finished, people from all over the world came up to congratulate Jan and the musicians, full of praise for how well they performed. Fantastic start to their tour performances.
