We arrived in Nashville at 3.30am, which meant that instead of staying in a room we had to sleep in a trailer in the car park of the hostel, it was interesting. We felt like trailer trash.

The next morning we were able to check in properly and so get a room and a proper bed, well Emma slept on a mattress on the floor. We decided to make the most of our time in Nashville as we were leaving the next day. We walked into the city and went to Fort Nashworth which is a replica of an old settlement. We then found the street where all the bars were, but as it was still quite early we went to the muscians hall of fame, it was interesting hearing all the stories about the people behind the music. We then went to one of the bars that had live country music playing. It was really good there were three lots of English people in there. We requested a few songs, mainly Johnny Cash!! Before we know it we had been in the bar all afternoon. We then got interviwed by a tv reporter wanting to know how we felt about the smoking ban!!Rachel spoke but god knows what the interview looked like as we were all slightly tipsy!!

We then went back to the hostel and cooked dinner before going to bed!!
