So the rest of my time in Broome was spent chilling out, and relaxing, either in the sea or the pool. So gorgeous, I have completely fallen in love with this place. We drove to the lighthouse and tried to see the dinosaur footprints that are out to sea, a gorgeous little drive to the head of Cable Beach. We met some cool new people too, one especially called Val, who i have become good friends with. A little Crazy like shannon, so we all got on well. The beach calls us every night and we seem to make a habit of chilling down there at sunset with who ever we find. It is that gorgeous you can’t get bored with it. Yes I am chilled out, I don’t need to do anything in this place, it simply is paradise. I have started reading the Kite Runner which is a really good book, and am trying to catch up on my journal, while watching our dismal performance in the Ashes. Seriously life doen’t get any better than this, Beach at early night and tropical storms with the most amazing folk lightening around 4-5am every night.Shannon and I went out with some new people to a bar in town and danced like maniacs to JT (yes I am sorry she loves the Sexy Back song), good fun night. I leave for Perth tomorrow and am meeting up with Tanja to travel the South. Looking forward to getting some normal weather, it is still really hot up here, so much so that lior and I sleep with the door open in our hut at night, just for some air. Cable Beach really is the most gorgeous beach I have visited, I found a dying sea snake on the beach and we took pictures of it sunning itself, they feel really wierd, different to normal snakes. There is a lot to be said about taking a 30 pack of Tooheys extra Dry down to the beach lying on your back and watching the sunset, and the stars appear and darkness fall.My highlight was the Northern beaches I spoke of earlier, but Shannon and Lior have made this place perfect. And although I am really looking forward to Perth a part of me wants to stay here forever. See you in Perth.
