This is a small beach town, I know yet another one, that is almost like a holding pen for the Whitsundays. Everyone stays here for a night and then do their sailing trips. It's quite lively though and has a lagoon in the centre of the strip which is really pretty. The marina is cool, lots of boats waiting to sail. The hostel is nice, people coming and going all the time, we did our Whitsundays 2 day 2 night sail on the 9th. We came down to Airlie with the guys we met at Fraser and the Cattle Station. Not a great deal to do here so I'll leave it there....
