We weren't sure that we could get into the town of Agnes Waters (renamed 1770, no-one really knows why lol) because they had been flooded in. In the end it was clear for us to get through so we travelled with afew friends from our Fraser Island adventure. There's not much in the town and with the rain even less to do. We did walk down to the beach and got lost in the swamp gardens on the way back. Don't ask me how lol. We were going to have a ride on the famous scooteroos with a guided tour but with the cattle station our next stop and the prospect of quad biking we decided to save our money. Not much else to say about the place so it was back on the bus after 2 days to the cattle station which from the sounds of the rumours was going to be a fun bush adventure lol.
