Today after class Shayna, Neela, Sarah, Matt, and I went took a bus to Blenheim Palace, which was 25 min north of Oxford. It was finished in 1722 and is set in 2100 acres of beautiful gardens and riverside. It's famed as the birthplace of Winston Churchill. The inside was very decorative, the most impressive things were the huge tapestries that were commissioned by John Churchill the 1st Duke of Marlborough. Unfortunately we couldnt take pics of the inside so you'll just have to enjoy the outside.
