This morning we went into Rome for the first time. Getting there was interesting, trying to figure out the bus system and get everyone on the same one. Our professor gave us a mini tour of some of the ancient Roman ruins passing by the Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II, Colonna Tralana (the oldest of these tall, cylindrical monuments), the Mercati Tainei (old market), Romano (place where they hung out), Arc of Tito.
