Arrived in St Kitts. Off the ship early for the St Kitts Rail & Sail tour. Scenic Railway fantastic - great scenery of the island and Atlantic ocean and great staff serving us on the train. Then onto a catermeran to complete the circuit of the island. Fun crew, complimentary drinks and lunch and a great "party" time was had by everyone. Overall a great excursion which showed us the scenic beauty of St Kitts and also enabled us to experience the friendly and laid back attitude of the West Indians. Back on the ship for a rest then out again to walk around Basseterre the capital of St Kitts. Again friendly people and some interesting sights in the small town centre. Relatively early dinner for us then a bit of a wander around the ship with a cognac and off to bed.
