The cruise was excellent but we are glad to be back on land now. Spent the day getting to Jamaica and settled into our house and a good nights sleep. Out now looking at the local villages

Hi Cecily
Yes amazing is the word. West Indian people so friendly and laid back, weather great, cricket special. Your holiday sounds great, good that you are getting down to Montenegro and Bosnia you won't regret it. When we get home let me know if you want any more info

I am really enjoying following your travels via the blog. It sounds like you are having an amazing time. Winter has arrived early here! It seems we have bypassed autumn. It is a typical wet and windy Anzac Day today but lovely to have a day off work just the same.
Our travel plans for December/January are taking shape so I don't feel quite so envious reading about your adventures. We almost at the point of booking some flights etc. Hoping to visit Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia.
I read your plea for messages! Keep blogging and adding your photos. It is a fantastic record of your travels. I am sure you have lots of people following your journey even though there may not be many messages.

No not us but we certainly would have given it a positive review. We had the tasting menu with matched wines- food great wines ok. Great setting overlooking the night lights of Manhattan from Brooklyn. We have certainly indulged ourselves food wise so thank god we have walked heaps!

Did you write the review of your River Cafe experience dated 14/04/2012? We think it sounded like you guys.
Unbelievable menu and wine list.
Good one!

Great hear from you guys. Yes we are having a ball and so enjoyed New York. We have crammed so much in to the last 10 days so getting on the cruise ship this afternoon will give a chance to do very little for a while at least. Josh rang at about 1am last night because he had just started at the car wash and wanted to tell us about the new number of cars record the other day (it could have waited but always nice to hear from him). Keep in touch (blog is great when we have wifi - not sure how we will go in Jamaica and Cuba though)
Love A&V

HI crocks We read your blog daily and its great that you are having such a wonderful time. Glenelg lost last night, Graham survived the 7 days straight at car wash doing 85 cars on his own in a 6 hour shift last Sunday. Was he stuffed? You said it.
Keep enjoying your trip!
Love J&G
