Off to Flamingo Beach early to catch the tides. It is a secluded sandy beach near Scarlett Hall where we were able to snorkel in waist deep water about 200m to the reef. Sunny this morning but Hubie said it will rain later so off to Rex's farm in the mountains. Passed through tropical lush green countryside and a number of villages plus lots of sugar cane fields. Rex is 81 and has farmed all his life on the same property left to him by his father. He is fit, active and very content with his life. Transit day today. Got off the ship in San Juan about 9am and taxi to airport then a long wait for flight to Miami at 1.25pm. Another 2 hour wait for next flight to Montego Bay, Jamaica where we arrived about 7.15pm.
