STAZZO, Italy. 15th August 2011

After another Brioshe and Granita I sat back and enjoyed the day with my cousin Fiorella and Nuccio. A day of sun baking and swimming in the Ionian Sea. The water's are warm but there is an underlining current that is icy, so swimming is not prolonged.

B.B.Q. Lunch followed by Tiramisu and soaked in Coffee.

After lunch we spent the afternoon playing cards..Briscola and Scorpa. Two popular card games that my Father used to play with my Grandfather and Uncles. A new variation which I learned was playing Briscola with five instead of the traditional 4.

In the evening Fiorella, Nuccio, Pino, Mariella joined a few other friends for dinner near Santo Sebastiano, a beautiful Barocco Church in Acireale. I had a Chipolina and a Catochata. More like involtini with fillings.

Fiorella finally dropped me off back at Pina and Saro's home for the evening.

let me tell you I am really working on this tan.
