We headed to Claires and dropped our stuff of and a quick shower, after that we headed to her local with her and her house mate Sarah...

We met a few more friends Grant & Rowanne we all had a laugh and a few beers... later we headed home and just chilled out.

The next morning me & Bri was up and out for a nice run didnt really know where we was heading so we just went in the direction of the city, you can see the city from claires its around 5km away.. anyway we stumbled upon a marina which was right next to the Anzac bridge the park was called the Jubilee park so we ran around that for an hour than headed back.

The girls had decided they wanted to have a BBQ in the afternoon so of they went and bought one me and Bri was tasked with puttting this together so after a few choice words beacause somethings wouldnt go together properly we had completed the master piece.

Later on we had the BBQ it was a really good evening we met lots of Sarahs and Claires friends.The next morning the girls had to head to work so me and Bri headed out for a run after that we decided we would visit the City the city was on high alert as it was the APEC summit at the weekend so the likes of bush etc would be there so ther was helicopters in the air and lots of arm police everywhere but people just carried on as usual.

We jumped on the monorail this takes you around the city you can hop of at various pionts etc we headed to the Sydney bridge and the OIpera house unfortunatly you was unable to work around the whole of the opera house due to the police present.

Later that evening after dinner we just sat round chatting and chilling in the garden as the weater was lovely. the following day Bri headed of to his cousins she lived on the outskirts of the city so he would stay there for a couple of days i just pottred around and chilled with claires friend Karen, karen was home for a week before heading back to Afganistan where she works as a aid worker.

Over the next couple of days we just chilled and did nothing really which was nice beacause we had been on the go when we drove the coasts.

The Girls had Friday of as it was a annual holiday so we had arranged to get some drinks in and then head out we invited the all the usual friends around i think we ran out of chairs there were that many people LOL..

We headed out to a local club where we danced and drank the night away.. in the morning we all woke up with sore heads but it was worth it. Later that day we said our goodbyes as it was time to leave sydney and head back to Auckland to get our flight to South America.
