Of we go again we have now left New Zealand for a short flight to Brisbane Australia.

We left Hamilton very early which was good it gave us a full day in Brisbane we headed into town and stayed at the City Backpackers after of loading our kit we decided to explore the city so of we set the weather was ok but not so great.

After a few hours walking around Brian and me decided to have some lunch then start our walk again, after a couple more hours we decided to head back for a beer at the hostel as you can guess we sat there for quite a while chatting with other travelers.

In the morning we eventually awoke had some breakie, we decided we would hire a wicked camper van as this would give us more freedom to move around.

The van cost us 39 dollars a night so it worked out cheaper than getting a hostel, we was given a snowman van it was almost brand new these vans are all sprayed differently and have different slogans on ours was "Sex is like snow you never know how many inches your going to get or how long it will last"

So after picking the van up we decided we would have 1 night in Surfers paradise its on the gold coast, after driving for a hour or so we finally arrived so we parked up and had a walk on the beach the beach was stunning golden sand for as long as the eye could see the sea was a beautiful blue color.

We spent our first night in the van very cozy but don't get the wrong idea i was in my sleeping bag and Bri had the covers.

We had 2 choices as we only had the van for 7 days and the drop of is Sydney so as its around 1000k from Brisbane to Sydney which means a long drive but we wanted to make the most of the van so we changed direction and headed up the coast to the sunshine coast.

We headed back up to Brisbane and onto the sunshine coast road, our 1st stop would be Noosa heads the weather was awful flooding etc and very windy but we drove a very long way to till we finally arrived so we stopped over night and woke nice and early and headed to Rockhamptom.The home of beef.
