Howdy! Well we are in Byron Bay! We took the over night bus and arrived in at 8am - lovely! Our hostal is quite sweet - nice and small and we have a tv area practically to ourselves which is great. Unfortunately we brought the bad weather with us. It rained for most of the time we were here! Headed for a walk along the coast and up to the lighthouse. The views were beautiful but they were slightly blurred by the torrential rain that decided to pour for the whole time I was walking - super!! Went out that night to Cheeky Monkeys - excellent cheap food and drinks werent too bad either! Moving off to Surfer's Paradise today. Will probably only spend one night there and then head off to Brisbane for a few days. Hope you are all well! Keep in touch! Claire x x
