Today I spent the day inside to recover from my sunburn. I awoken to the sound of the Beach Boys - Surfin in the USA. For some reason the song is blasting in the streets of Algeciras at 9am every morning and it is VERY annoying. I carried out my cleaning duties and spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing. When the kids returned from school we played some board games until lunchtime. For lunch I had real small fish fried in batter with soup, later that night. I met the mothers sister and her daughter who came round to visit, we also played some English board games and had a good laugh. At night I had fish for dinner with a home made egg mayo type dish except it also had carrots, sweet corn, onion and lots more in it, it was very nice! A week into this adventure I feel settled with the family and I am enjoying my time here.
