Today I woke up at 9 and found it hard to get back to sleep so at 10 I woke up and carried out my standard routine of watching Jessica Jones and having breakfast. Today I woke up alone for the first time in 3 months and it felt great! I got up and got ready to get on the way to meet my girls!
