re: photo from 30 April 2012Elaine Hi Lisa and Claire I had almost given up on you updating this blog Lisa. Typical of you getting behind on your homework! Sounds like you are going to some great places so enjoy. By the way, you can't come home 'cos we've filled your room up with junk and turned off the radiator. Speak soon Mum xxx
re: Christmas and preparing to leave AirlieElaine Hi Lise Good talking to you today -and then I looked on here to find you had updated! I was taken by surprise. You might be missing the cold but I'd give you one day back here and make you get up in the dark at 7am to go to work -that would soon send you scuttling back to Oz. Keep enjoying it, keep eating your vegetables and keep details of dangerous exploits and beasties to yourself! Mum xxx

re: Arriving in MelbourneLisa I did dip my toe in the sea in St Kilda...and no sharks took a bite at my toes. We're getting really hot days (late twenties) and then windy and grey days. It's just as unpredictable as England. Off to the Aquarium today with my friend Kate (Claire is at work) and I won poker last night! I don't know whos hoodie that is, but I did keep mistaking it for mine too.
re: Exploring MelbourneElaine I think you actually have to be in the water to get eaten by sharks! Is it warming up yet? I see you are wearing the grey hoodie still -whose hoodie am I wearing then? Its identical! Speak soon, mum xxx
