This morning we were accused of not paying for the stay last night by then man on reception of our hotel. We explained that it wasn't the 25th like he thought, and that it was impossible to have stayed the night of the 24th as it hadn't even happened yet.

We then went out for some breakfast to celebrate Easter Monday - didnt have any easter eggs to had to put up with croissants and fruit. Oh and a cup of Lipton tea - not yorkshire, but it'll do!

Did nothing for the rest of the morning so just waited for our bus to take us to the border of Thailand.

The border crossing was the easiest we've had to do in Asia so we were back on Thai turf quite quickly.

Boarded our sleeper train, but this time found the bar carriage at the end of the train where we got talking to an American couple and a brummy lass. Had a laugh with the staff - even when they tried to charge us for beers we hadn't even had. It didnt take long for us to get sick of the blaring karaoke and dancing staff so went to bed and prepared ourselves for the next 8 hours of a little bit of hell.
