We jumped back on the ferry to Townsville and jumped on the bus to Cairns, we arrived about 6pm and were picked up by the hostel bus. Brids voice is coming back a wee bit but it still sounds dodgy. Brid still wasn't feeling well and we were beginning to get worried she might not be able to do her diving. We jumped on the 5 hr bus from AirlieBeach to Townsville to catch the ferry to MagneticIsland. We bumped into to folk from our Whitsunday's boat at the terminal so spoke to them on the boat. We arrived in a very wet and windy Airlie Beach, we were getting the arse end of Cyclone Charlotte and the place was a wash out, allot of the Whitsundays boats weren't going so we were worried that our wouldn't go either, we still had 2 days to wait so we were hopeful it would. We arrived in Noosa for our free everglades tour that we got from the travel agency. We weren't expecting much from a free tour and we were right. We stopped off to get food and booze first before driving out to the Gagaju bush camp, it was in the middle of the Everglades and had (evil) drop toilets which didn't please Brid.
