I woke up this morning and attempted a walk to Central Park zoo as it was much nicer weather than expected. I didn't feel the need to go in, so just took a picture of the main entrance and wondered the path around the side.
I then continued through the city to the base of the Empire State to take more pictures of the iconic building. I then went looking for my station for fridays journey and spent some time in Macy's. I was in a much better mood than when I was there in San Francisco so really enjoyed getting lost the worlds biggest store.
On my way out I grabbed some pizza to eat on the subway. I enjoyed chilling in the hostel before meeting up with the girls as planned. We saw the hangover part 3 which was a good laugh, but still nothing beats the first one! We shared masses of popcorn and coke and decided to walk it off by walking to the park where we chilled out under the artificial light. I felt like a real New Yorker, and at 12.30 I took the subway back to my hostel.
