Week 22- Australia (Cairns) Day 2
Yet again we were up early today! We had breakfast and ate it out on the deck. We saw quite a few turtles bobbing up for their first breath of fresh air for the day. Some people went snorkelling to see the turtles but we just couldn't cope with being freezing cold again so we gave it a miss. We then sailed back to Airlie beach, on the way back we managed to spot a dolphin jumping in and out of the water which was really cute!

Once back to Airlie we went for a drink and ended up having an amazing cooked breakfast in a cafe over looking to harbour. We spent a while chilling out here before heading into town. We planned to go back to the beach but we stumbled across a huge outdoor lido so we decided to sunbath here and have a dip in the pool. It was such a beautiful day! We spent the rest of the afternoon chilling out and absorbing the sun!

We went back to the hostel and collected our rucksacks from the storage. We all had showers to freshen up before our night bus (which we are dreading) but we are really excited for our skydive tomorrow and it's Brad's birthday! It turned out Dorothy and Steven were also heading to Cairns on the same bus so we all jumped into on big taxi. The night bus was really long but we managed to get some sleep in before arriving at 6am!!
