Part two of the journey was worse and it lasted for well over 3 hrs. At one point I had a man sitting on my elbow it was that crammed. People just kept getting on and filling the bus. Nowhere to go and not much space to breathe. Not sure if the wheels touched the ground at some parts. We drove through rivers. Or should I say the massai baths and in and out of ditches. Definitely a massai massage. The whole bus was shaking. When we finally arrived all the villagers stood and stared. But maybe that's how we appeared to them. I was mesmerised by the whole day. We was told expect culture shock moments and this was one of those moments. You just couldn't take it all in. We got back on the bus and taken to our camp. We was welcomed by the massai villagers and showed to our rooms.
