today has been amazing. We went in jeep on game drive
Round the Sarengetti at 6 am, watching the sunrise ( never seen sunrise so stunning with 360 panoramic views We see a pack of lions which had just had their kill ( a buffalo) at the side was a pack of hyenas waiting for the left overs. Two elephants walk right up to our truck you could hear their ears flap so big. We see hippos in the mud and crocodiles. After an amazing day we arrive at the Simba campsite, put up our tents and looked at the stunning views. We are on top of the norongoro crater at moment. Had dinner camping style. We invited our guide a real Maasai to sit with us. We was fascinated by how they live. My torch is so bright we could see eyes shining in the dark. Could be jackel ( or lion) had a laugh running away ( scary how we sleep and there could be lions on the campsite) We stargazed at night millions of stars so close and shooting stars. Right now I am in my sleeping bag, hoping the spider I see in the tent is not inside my bag. It's cold here tonight. See u tomorrow
