Had a good day at the clinic. myself and Karen went tothe antinatal clinic, felt some lovely bumps (perfect bumps) and took BP's of the mamas.

The bed was high and the mamas had to climb on it and it was hard. But the mamas were so excited that Muzungo touching their bellies. White people that is.

Aftre work it was a stop of at the bar just to break up the long walk in the heat ( and a wee kognaci)

Back to camp for simba time, hair wash and chilax.

tea consisted of potatoes in a caserole (maybe goat)

back to the bar few drinks and walk back in the dark !!

The cook got stung by a scorpion tonight in our room!!
