Tonight, myself Simone and Becky went to players to use wifi. Whilst we were there a big storm broke out. The lightning was so close and bright and the rain was so heavy. After we finished chatting to people at home we set off back to the house. Hoods up and we brave the terential weather. As me and Simone only had sandals on it was difficult to walk fast. The first bit of the road seemed to take ages. We were getting soaked but it was fun. The last bit of the trek back was muddy and had turned into small rivers of water. I half disappeared at one point the water so deep. It was like we was wading home through trenches. So bizarre were it all came from. After laughing so much, soaked and cold we return to the house in good spirits. Quick change in pjs and grab our Kangas ( Maasai cloth) and go and have a brew and a chat till the others return from town. Last ones to bed again
