So today I bought myself a tent at the pawn/junk shop on Queen street. Originally twenty dollars but the guy insisted that although it was new it was complete crap and would only let me pay ten dollars for it. All I was thinking was that I was happy to have a brand new ten dollar tent to live in for a couple of weeks until I could find a better one. Thats when the handle broke of the bag, ok so maybe this will be a bit more interesting than I thought. My bus ticket to Keri Keri at The Bay of Islands is all planned out I leave Monday morning and start doing casual gardening work around the hostel and then on to the kiwi trees, I 've never seen a kiwiw tree woner what they're like?

A few days ago I decided to treat myself to a ticket to Phantom of the Opera : ) as a way to spend Halloween (they'll be Camello pictures soon!)

Other than that it's been a lot of applying to college, doging angry old men, kicking fridges, and moving hostels. I think I finally found a good one by the University. It's an old red house tucked away in a little park near Parnell. Whcich is great because I end up spending most of my time at the Parnell bakery and coffee shop writing college essays.
