Today was my first day staying with Clive and Paula. We went to the farmers market at Matakana where they sold local wines, breads, veg, fish etc.. Pretty cool experience. It was gorgeous and sunny.. Pretty warm too; at least as warm as the UK and it's winter here!
We went down to the beach at Omaha which was beautiful and walked the dogs.
This afternoon we have been up in Dome Valley with machetes cutting a mountain bike route! It was pretty fun but I got covered in pine needles and stuff off the trees! Back just chilling now.. Still feeling pretty jet lagged so I'm looking forward to an early night!
