Today marks not only the beginning of a new adventure but the end of a standard way of life for the Pilakowski Clan; this is the first family trip of significance without all of our girls. It's truly bittersweet. Rebecca is in the process of moving out and looking for a full fulltime job and Katherine, whom wants to move out soon, is looking for a job that is closer to fulltime to help make that happen for herself. Although extremely proud of the adults they are and that they will care for the homestead while we are gone, they are missed terribly already.
