Decided to hit the beach today so took a drive town on the coast called Nerja. Very pretty. Town is up on hill looking down on beach. Laid back atmosphere compared to cities. Nerja is popular holiday spot for the Brits and can tell as we heard more English spoken than Spanish.

Arrived about 2pm ish start of Spanish lunchtime, so stopped for a bite (pizza) then went down to beach. Beach not very busy (by European standards) buy a bit stoney/course but that just turned out to be the wee cove we were in cos the big beach next-door had sand.

Had a nice relaxing day.
