so, wev arrived at bondi beach after a short bus ride and a long trek through the rain up lots of hills and to our hostel that no one seemed to know where it was!! the weather is so miserable and the beach looks like margate to be quite honest, so no sunbathing for us! bit annoyed seeing as theres not much else to do on a beach, so to highten our spirits we hit the surfer shops for a bit of retail therapy! wev come accross a few nice ozies, so our opinion of them is changing slightly and my (carly) accent was quite admired by someone last nite!bit weird seeing as we usually get called posh!

this girl who worked in a shop told us that theres really good shopping places in the city center so if the weathers still bad tomorow our plan is to go there, but fingers crossed wel be laying on the beach!! even tho the weathers not suposed to clear up til tuesday-the day we go back into the city,typical ey!

the hostels really nice and wer sharing a room with 2 girls which is always good and a bit of a relief, no smelly boys again! altho we wish we couldv stayed at coogee a bit longer, we met some really nice people that wel be staying in touch with and it was like living in our own lil apartment, was so cool...and the beach was so much nicer than here! we were seriously getting blown around the sea front, the wind is so strong and the waves are amazing, but v dangerous...we were in a shop and someone wanted to rent a surf board but they wouldnt let them because they would die out there basically! and i left my camera/computer usb lead in a shop so thats great im gona have to go for a trek in th gail later and see if i can find it!

wish me luck, lets hope i dont get blown into the sea!
