Okay I have reached the far southern island of Koh Tarutao, which is near the border of Malaysia. Koh Tarutao, is a national park, so there is very little development on the island - which was a perfect relaxing couple of days before I head to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon Party and warmup nights! Prance has hooked up with this 30 year old Austrian, so she tagged along. It was quite nice as Prance and her shared a tent, so I had one all to myself. Okay so now I have got on to the subject of them two, I might as well get it all of my chest! Although she was okay at the start, she really has nothing at all to say, its so annoying when you are sitting at dinner in silence...there is no banter whatsoever! Well we have been trying to kindly (as possible) shake her off, but so far have been unsuccessful, she has even followed us to Koh Phangan. They are both now like a married couple, the other day she even went into our room and took Prances dirty clothes to get washed, soon she'll be wanting to watch a DVD and eat Ben & Jerrys everynight...then before you know it Prance will not be allowed out !!! So anyway back onto the Tarutao part of the blog...what a lovely and chilled out place...camping in tents on the beach with not a care in the world was perfect. We oh so manly made a fire on the beach (even though it was like 30 degress of an evening), then played bowling. The bowling was 10 beer Chang cans stacked in a pyramid then we used a frizzbee to knock over the cans...it passed time for about 15 minutes!!! We also took a 2 hour trek to LuDu Waterfall which was nice...although in dry season the waterfall was not at its peak. Off to Koh Phangan now :)
