I arrived in Koh Lanta on a stop over for 1 night one my way to Koh Karutao. Koh Lanta was lovely, white soft sand but very quiet. I stayed in this beach bungalow which had a toilet and shower opened aired outside, was a little showering and listening to the farm animals nearby. Well I'm well and truly getting used to cold showers, I cant remember the last time I even had a luke warm one! That and squat toilets, no covers at bedtime and getting bitten in the most obsure places possible, regardless of bathing in Mozzie spray and using a mozzie net. Didnt really do much in Lanta, like I said it was one night and I left early for Tarutao in the morning...I would like to go back to Lanta in the future and experience more than just Long Beach.
