January 31st our morning was a little too early for my likings (5:00 am to be exact) since we had to be at the airport. We flew from Belize City to San Pedro, which is the capital of Ambergris Caye in the Belize district of the nation of Belize.
I certainly like San Pedro more then Belize City. It is a lot cleaner, pretty scenery and the water is clear blue.
At the San Pedro airport, our adventure guide Nef picked us up. We arrived earlier then expected so we went and got groceries for our cook Zulie.
We went to lunch at the 'Rojo Beach Bar". The bar was right on the beach and played great music. My Pina Colada was exactly what I needed. I think im getting addicted.
When we got to our house I was amazed with how beautiful it is. It looks like a house right out of a magazine. It is huge and it is right on the beach (I think I will be spending most of my time there) I'm very thankful to have my own room for ten days. I'm also thankful that I have my own personal chef and adventure guide.
It also came with kayaks, which we decided to try out. It was definitely a humorous kayak ride. Let's just say ocean kayaking is a lot harder then it looks. It also came with paddle boards. I am exited to try it out!
