Today I did not feel too great, so I decided to stay home. I was so proud of myself since I got a few units of math done all by myself.
While Ed, Heather, Gene, Rob, and Carrie went diving with Nef, I became friends with our cook Zuly. Zuly's whole family is 3 hours away. She does not get to see her 3 daughters for 4 weeks at a time. She stays and cooks food for the guests. I have been trying to make Zuly's workload easier by pitching in, because I didn’t like the fact that she does ALL the housework. I have decided that when I leave Belize Zuly is coming with me.

Mom Wow kid that house looks amazing. I sure am envious right now as it has been snowing and cold for days! Sweet to hear of your soft spot for Zulie.. And I'm sure she appreciates the extra help!
