It has been far too long since I have updated my blog but we have been super busy working and time just seems to fly by! I thought I'd do a quick blog to let ya all know what we are up to.

We have had an amazing weekend in London and thought it was time I posted a new blog. We caught up with some NZ friends at Judy and Punch pub in Covent Garden on Friday night after work then we headed out for dinner at Wagamama which was about 5 mins walk away. Grant and Terry were here again from NZ so they had organised this catch up and it was just perfect! Amber Dixon, Claire Richards, Chris Blackburn, Verity Burgess, Andrew and I joined Grant and Terry and we could not have wished for a better evening. Fantastic company and a lovely meal!

Last night we decided to have an early dinner with Grant and Terry because we were going to see 'Singin' in the Rain' at the Palace Theatre at 7:30pm. Andrew and I booked a restaurant in Chinatown called 'Dumplings Legend' which worked out perfectly and the food was pretty good. We absolutely loved the show and to be honest I walked away feeling a little bit depressed about the fact I am not performing at the moment. I kinda knew that would happen because we haven't been to a musical since we saw 'Top Hat' not long after we first got here. I have felt a bit theatre deprived! Anyway it was so special to share this experience with Grant and Terry in such a beautiful theatre and we had fabulous seats so we were very happy.

I have now been employed directly by The Clorox Company in the Customer Care Department after pulling some strings which is great because it means more money since I will no longer be working for the agency I was with who take pretty much half my salary. I am really happy with this because the team I am working with are a lovely bunch of people and I am fairly happy at work. Of course the position I am doing is not where I want to be long term but at least I have work and it's a good start!

Andrew is very happy in his work. He has been up to York a couple of times, where the AMX UK head office is and has a couple of interesting and exciting projects coming up. It sounds like he may be involved in an installation at the Manchester United stadium soon.

We are off to Berlin on Friday morning next week to meet up with Mum and John and spend the weekend there which we are very excited about. Then they will be in London the weekend after so we have alot to look forward to! It's going to be a very fabulous and busy month for us! Loving it and can't wait to see some more amazing sites in this beautiful part of the World!
