Up at 7.30am.
Rang Mum and Emily....lovely to talk to you both!
Out for a walk around the bay.
Nice sunny day but a bit windy.
Took lots of photos.
Went inside The Millennium Centre, up to the top floors and saw the wording from the inside.
It looks amazing.
They are glass windows and as the sun moves across them they change colour.... from the outside, the letters appear to be made up of mirror panels.
Lots of art exhibitions on inside...wandered these.
Basically, a lazy day....but it was Cardiff so it was a magnificent day.
Ate lunch at Jack's seat.
Back to the hotel to check out at 12 o'clock... but they minded my bag till 2pm so I wasn't lugging it around.
Put a momento on Ianto's Wall.
( Had to really....couldn't be here and NOT do it!)
Walked lots...
Had fun in a beautiful shop called Crafts in the Bay.
Just hung out really.
Time for the train.
( I don't want to go. )
Then, onto the train at Cardiff Bay
To Cardiff Queen Street
To Cardiff Central
To Paddington
To Oxford Circus
To Stockton
To Balham.
( I was going to take pictures again but I figure you can just look at the last lot....but in reverse order.)
Nice trip home...
Tucked up in bed.
Not sure what I am doing tomorrow yet.
Might just go and buy boot polish.

Andrew B Hi Carolyn, It’s Saturday night and I have just finished reading your last 2 blogs, that’s unusual for me because I wait for them daily. I have been home since Thursday with a dreadful cold and reading was the last thing I wanted to do. Just starting to feel better but not terrific. I’ve left George in the lounge watching some sci-fi thing he downloaded that was boring me stupid and jumped onto “Caeneden's Great Adventure” much more interesting and fun. I have to admit Cardiff or Caerdydd, strikes me as a thriving city and much bigger than I imagined (not that I had really) Photos are great. Lunch at Jacks seat, I’m sure he was there somewhere watching you! I am fascinated with The Millennium Centre wording, when you explained they are windows and the sun moves across…………….it was a WOW for me. Hey, nice to be remembered! You must have left an impression. I had to laugh at your comment that the queue wasn’t talking (how true is that though) and you had converted them all!! Had to read that part twice, so funny. Lanto was THAT popular!!! You are a legend for leaving a memento. I can hear that stupid sci-fi…………………..might read some past blogs! Maybe I could having another coughing fit LOL Back in London, keep having fun. Andrew Xx
