Had a further look around Lucerne this morning and started with the Musegg wall which was started in 1386. It consists of seven clock towers with a wall connecting them all which you can walk along. Its fairly high up and a local school must have been having music lessons as Rod Stewarts Sailing echoed from down below on the lawn. At last we see the return of ham bacon and scrambled eggs to the menu. Thought I may have sprouted leaves the amount of fruit we have been eating for breakfast. Lucerne is big city for here but still with all outlying hamlets around the lake still under 400 thousand people.
