quality day! we woke up to a beautiful sunny day not one cloud in the sky. So we thought we would make the most of it and head for the beach. We caught the bus to a place called Miramar (no not Top Gun), in this town Weta Studios is based (where all the special effects were created for LOTR). We went to the beach for most of the morning but decided to head back to the town to try and find the studios even though we knew we couldn't go in them. Well we couldn't find them but on our travels we found all the crew who worked on the movie in the middle of the town!! we couldn't believe it, they had all their Oscars with them so we decided to go for it and asked if we could hold one! it was great they are so heavy!
