Last day in Kaikoura today and the weather was back to miserable. We went for a walk in a different direction through the town, suprising how big this place is. Tonight we stayed in and watched Shrek as it was on tv.

Well i still do not understand the weather here, today was great it was really hot and we were back in shorts! We thought as we haven't had any hot days in a while we would just stay on the beach. At about lunch time we were still on the beach and i turned around to see Lisa and Laura walking towards us!! it was really strange, they were just passing through to do some whale watching. We are meeting with them again on Monday.

Well the weather was not so good today, there are mountains all around here and if we had of arrived today we wouldn't of known they were there, the cloud was so low. We took a walk this afternoon along the beach, we thought we might see some dolphins in the distance but we had no luck, we headed back as it started to rain!

We had to get up really early this morning our bus picked us up at 7.30am. When we got on the bus i heard my name called out and turned around and it was Rob who was on our Bangkok to Singapore trip, had a nice chat with him about everything we've all been up to.
