We have travelled through some beautiful countryside, very picturesque. The weather in UK while we have been here has been cold and mainly overcast with a few showers but today the rain hasn't stopped which hasn't mattered too much as we have spent most of the day on the bus.

We had lunch on a cruise of Loch Lomond hearing about lots of clan history, at times gruesome clan history of the Scottish people!

Arrived at Windermere, with the motel actually in Bowness-on-Windermere and are right on the Lake watching a sailing regatta out the window, with the mist lifting to the top of the hill & the swans swimming past, very tranquil.
