We started off today like yesterday, trying to get Thailand planned a little more. We spent quite some time on it. I'm still not 100%, I'm still getting stomach cramps, so James and I talked about going to see a doctor. It's not going to be as easy to do when we get back into Fort Cochin and we are soon planning on going on a house boat which will not be great with a bad stomach! We have planned to do some more planning of the Thailand part of the trip today. We knew we would have a few spare days while we were staying at this hotel to be able to get the books out etc. So we spent the majority of the day doing that, with the short exception of James having a dip in the very small pool outside the front of the hotel. It has jacuzzi bubbles and is quite deep with an elephant at the top but still very small.

We had looked into going to the cinema in Maradu where we are staying. We wanted to know whether we could get to see the Hobbit. James looked it up and it was playing at a shopping mall a tuk tuk ride away at 2.00pm this afternoon. We decided we would go, it was in 3D, tickets were about £1.60 each and the cinema was a lot nicer than the ones at home, reclining seats and everything! The film was good we even treated ourselves to Pizza Hut afterwards!

Still not feeling 100% we had a Boxing Day similar to how we'd have it at home. Films and then James watched football later on. We had our meals here at the hotel again as really there is nothing else around the hotel. It was a really nice chilled out Christmas feeling day.

Merry Christmas everyone! Unfortunately I'm still not feeling great but being in a nice hotel does help. We are due to go for our Christmas meal that we've booked for today, we decided to go there at around 2pm. They rang about breakfast again and James asked if he could get toast brought to the room, which they did.
