We sent off a few more emails about plans which we have for Thailand and organised some bits and bobs before going out for a walk this afternoon. We went down by the Chinese fishing nets and found a guy who had tables and chairs on the front and cold drinks so we sat there with a nice cold drink. We got up, had breakfast, packed the rest of our things and checked out for 12.00. On our way out we thanked the manager for her help with the doctor during our stay, they didn't even charge us for the visit or the pills. And she gave us a gift which was wrapped, on our way out. She gave us a ride in the hotel tuk tuk to the main road to get a tuk tuk to take us to Fort Cochin. This time though we knew exactly where we needed to be to find the Good Karma Inn tha...

After last night's antics we got up late to breakfast and decided to have a lazy day. We did however decide to go for a walk to the shopping mall near by. On the way out of the hotel we left our soggy trainers in the sun and easily managed to find the cut through we were looking for last night. The rain had just about all dried up and the sun was hot. Today started with some sad but expected news from home :( We stayed in all morning and some of the afternoon, we did a little more planning as we have got some emails back from a few people so can move on. At around 3.30pm we decided to go into Fort Cochin to see what goes on for new year. The place was so busy!! There were so many people everywhere, once we got dropped off we had a wander round and spent the rest of the afternoon and evening having a few drink...

More planning was done today. We have been looking into the a diving school to go on a course there and emails have been sent back and fourth. We think we are just about organised on which way round we are going to travel Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia it's just booking everything now and the last little bit of India to get booked.
