After the storms of last night the sky was very clear and warm. We decided to get ourselves to the old town of Zadar and get the bus. We hadn't rushed to get up so went just after dinner. We caught the bus just down the road a little walk away from the apartments. It took us just outside the old town as a lot of it is pedestrianised. We had a good walk around, there were lots of little shops and bars with masses of outside seating. We had a walk to find the sea organ which was one if the sights to see. You could hear the organ before seeing it, it was holes in the steps down to the sea where the waves pushed water in and out comes a sound. It was so peaceful down there even though there were quite a lot of people. The sound was great, we could have sat there for hours listening. Just up from the sea organ was the salute to the sun. This was a massive circle on the ground, after the sun sets it lights up in different colors. We were a little early so decided to go and have something to eat somewhere and come back to have a look. On coming back the salute to the sun had done exactly what it should have, parts of the circle were lit up and changing colours, it was one of those things that looked absolutely amazing while you were there but it was very hard to photograph to explain to anyone else!
