Today was amazing. Got up to another room srvice breakfast at our hostel and then headed over to the market here to pick up some stuff for lunch. Foccacia bread, provolone, and tomatoes. So good. So last night we headed to that restaurant, Yellow, to find that not only was it in a completely different spot than marked on my guidebook map, but its closed on Tuesdays... go figure. We asked a local for a close and delicious recommendation and we walked up the street to a delicious restaurant. We needed to try the famous tuscan dish called ribollini which is a white bean soup which was absolutely delicious. It had some sort of vegetables in it and cheese....
