Brie & Trent's Travels
Hey everybody. I don't have too much to add to Brie's huge entry this time, but I did want to tell you that today I figured out that Wienerschnitzel literally means Vienna sausage. You see, the Austrian word for Vienna (and I still have no idea why we have different names for these places) is Wien. And schnitzel is.....well you know. Haven't quite determined if it's its own separate variety or just a general term for the sausage they make here. Either way, I tried but didn't find any official "wienerschnitzel" today that was under 9 euro. Oh well, at least I didn't eat at McDonalds like a certain American tourist I saw today. By the way, this picture is of MOscow and has nothing to do with our trip whatsoever. Enjoy.
