Its our last day in Disney World, and as far as the kids are concerned, the last day of Disney anything on our trip. We asked the kids what they wanted to do and the answer was autographs!
Magic Kingdom at 9am had us catch Pinnochio and Tinkerbell early in the day. We had a dance with Stich and Chip & Dale, but no autographs while they were having a party. Then a final race on the speedway.
Off to Epcot where we caught Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy all in one go! Next we had lunch with most of the princesses - Aurora, Ariel, Cinderella, Belle and Snow White.
On the way to the front we caught Duffy (Mickey's traveling teddy bear you've never heard of) and at the gates, Stich and Daisy were waiting to meet us. By this stage the books are choc full of autographs.
I convinced them all to come on Spaceship:Earth - they all loved it, came out raving about it. In it you answer a survey and it gives you a scenario that might be in your life in the future. This is where max fell in love with it because aparantly he's going skiing with Gab alot but when she innevitably breaks her arm she'll take an injection and her arm will self heal in a flash.
We headed to Downtown Disney one final time for dinner and ice cream with the McGrath family, before bidding Disney an ice cream fueld meltdown assisted tearful farwell.
Orlando your weather is fantastic, Disney your resort can't be beaten for family fun, we'll remember this our whole lives. I already have the kids asking when we can come back, I fell the same.
Today at lunch Emerson told Cinderella we're coming back for her 8th birthday (she was kind enough to give me a year off!) Cinderella suggested we might wait a few more years and come back for Emerson's 16th. I don't think any of us can wait that long!
